I have one of them in my display cabinet at the office but didnt think it was worth anything like that !!

Its actually marked at £290.00 I asked what she might go down to!

You can get them for far less than that! Hundreds knocking around in the US and you can pick one up & ship it for £50 (as I have done in the past.

A rare type in the UK, a few UK companies did ship them over in the early 20th century, but we have always preferred to make our own & favoured the cheaper lead coated steel body over copper & brass for our soda acid & chemical foam extinguishers.

This one is a US model, the brand name playing on the fact that it has UL approval (akin to having a BS kitemark)
